Combined CCD Wheel Alignment System for Cars and Trucks

The megaline LOGIK8 Hybrid is a combined CCD wheel alignment system designed for both cars and trucks, delivering fast, accurate and reliable measurements through advanced sensor technology. Thanks to the switchable and tiltable sensors, the system easily adapts to different vehicle types without the need for special pits for cars or drop-down extensions for trucks. The CCD cameras combined with MEMS accelerometers enable precise acquisition of all main alignment parameters, including caster and camber measurements. The lightweight sensors ensure maximum handling comfort and high measurement stability even in demanding lighting conditions thanks to innovative solar filter technology. Integrated lithium batteries provide long operating autonomy and can be recharged directly on the grip without disassembly, reducing downtime and improving workshop efficiency. The integrated diagnostic software compares measured values with manufacturer specifications, highlighting out-of-tolerance parameters and identifying possible driving disturbances. The database includes more than 55,000 vehicle models and is automatically updated via internet connection to ensure always up-to-date specifications.

Megaline LOGIK8 light: to reduce space requirements and meet the needs of workshops with limited space, the wheel alignment is provided upon request in a “light” version, with only 4 detectors (2 for car, 2 for truck); this allows you to use your own PC.
