megacheck OPTIX

Megacheck OPTIX performs a complete wheel geometry inspection in just a few seconds, including partial toe-in and steering wheel centring, automatically identifying any irregularities to be corrected. Fully automatic and completely contactless, megacheck OPTIX operates without wheel clamps, targets, sensors or operator intervention, ensuring significant time savings and maximum efficiency.

At the end of the diagnosis, the results can be shared directly with the customer via smartphone, tablet or printed report, using transparent and easy-to-understand reports to evaluate any required interventions together. This not only improves customer trust and satisfaction, but also supports sales activities by increasing maintenance service opportunities, helping workshops generate additional business and improve profitability.

The system is highly adaptable to any workshop and requires little maintenance due to the absence of mechanical moving parts. Each individual vehicle, with its specifications, is automatically recognized thanks to a database updated in real time or through numberplate recognition (optional). Software and database updates automatically take place via internet connection.
