Automatic Tyre Changer with Easy Dynamic Leverless System
The megamount Renova is a state-of-the-art super-automatic tyre changer featuring a dynamic leverless system suitable for wheel diameters up to 30″. This innovative tool reduces stress on tyres and minimizes the risk of rim damage, allowing safe and efficient operation without additional tools. Key features include an intuitive control console, a bead pressing arm for UHP and Run-flat wheels, combined bead removal with discs, and a motor controlled by a Motoinverter system. The machine also offers a pedal-operated inflating device and a robust self-centering locking device, ensuring maximum safety and reliability.
Innovative leverless system that, thanks to two synchronized tools, simplifies the operations. The first engages and removes the bead with extreme precision; then, the second aligns with the desmounting tool to facilitate installation of the first bead-all without applying any pressure to the tyre and avoiding any contact with the rim.
Combined bead removal thanks to the movement of the two disc arms. The lower disc is always aligned with the assembly/disassembly tool. The upper roller is always tangent to the rim centre. The disc supports are produced using a microcasting process, providing outstanding strength and long-term durability.
The electric clamping system ensures precise wheel positioning and offers a clamping range between 10” and 30”. During all stages, the tool and the discs automatically align with the wheel by simply positioning the center post.
Motor controlled by Motoinverter system with progressive variation of speed from 0 to 16 rpm.
Pedal-operated inflating system, manometer and CE-certified inflation pressure limiter (4.2 bar/60PSI).
