The megamount 20 MOTO is a semi-automatic tyre changer designed for motorcycle wheels from 5″ to 25″. It features a lateral swing arm with manual locking of the mounting head and manual lateral adjustment, allowing quick adaptation to different wheel sizes. The pneumatic bead breaker with horizontal bead removal system ensures constant control and operator comfort throughout every working phase. The self-centering turntable provides constant clamping force regardless of rim diameter, while the ergonomic pedal controls simplify operation and improve productivity. Designed for reliability and ease of use, the megamount 20 MOTO is the ideal solution for professional motorcycle tyre service.

The self-centring plate maintains a constant clamping force regardless of the rim diameter. Thanks to two quick and easy adjustment positions, it allows smooth operation on rims from 5” to 25”. The ergonomically designed clamps ensure a secure grip, even on wheels with tyres that have a pronounced shoulder.

The pneumatic bead breaker, equipped with a double-acting cylinder and a horizontal bead removal system, ensures constant control throughout all working phases and allows the operator to maintain a comfortable standing position at all times.

Single speed 400V/50-60Hz/3ph motor controlled by pedal.
