Thanks to sophisticated three-dimensional scanners, megaline OPTIX is able to perform a precise and detailed wheel alignment measurement in just 5 seconds. The system measures camber and toe angle with extreme accuracy. This speed of the system optimises operating time and provides a more efficient service right from the very first stages of the job.

Megaline OPTIX is fully automatic and doesn’t require the use of clamps, targets or sensors, nor manual operations to adapt to vehicles with different wheelbases. It doesn’t require a levelling lift, rim run-out or brake pedal lock to measure caster, ensuring a fast and efficient process with minimal operator intervention.

The system is highly adaptable to any workshop and requires little maintenance due to the absence of mechanical moving parts. Detection cameras are selfcalibrating, ensuring reliability and continuity of operation over time. This results in a higher operational continuity and long-term reliability.
