The MM70F is a professional automatic tyre changer from Hofmann Megaplan, designed and manufactured in Italy to offer efficiency and ease of use for professionals working with a variety of wheel types. Built with a reinforced base and a robust vertical post structure, it ensures maximum rigidity during operation. The simultaneous locking system for the vertical and horizontal arms, combined with a vertical arm equipped with a spring return, enhances precision and usability. The machine features a heavy-duty turntable with a locking capacity from 10” to 27”, utilizing a direct clamping system powered by 80mm diameter cylinders for secure handling of different rim types. Its bead breaker is designed for wheels up to 17” wide, with an adjustable arm system that allows for smooth and effective operation. A key feature of the MM70F is the Motoinverter system, which enables progressive speed variation from 0 to 16 rpm. For added convenience, the MM70F includes a pedal-operated inflating system with a manometer and a CE-certified pressure limiter, ensuring precise and safe inflation.

The HPX-ADVANCE and the HELPER ARM assist systems are standard, enhancing functionality and ease of use.

The heavy-duty (14mm) turntable has a locking capacity from 10” to 27” and utilises a direct clamping system, operated by 80 mm diameter cylinders, ensuring optimal clamping on all types of rim. The shape of the turnplate is designed so as to ease the bead-breaking of the second bead.

Ergonomic bead breaker with adjustable arm system which enables to operate on large wheels up to 17” width.

Motor controlled by Motoinverter system with progressive variation of speed from 0 to 16 rpm. The inverter board is installed on the machine, away from the engine to overcome vibration and heat problems. Low power consumption at rest with the intelligent stand-by. High reliability and protection, with automatic alarm reset bringing the pedal to the resting position (no power outages required).
