Automatic Tyre Changer with Locking Capacity up to 27" and HPS-WS Helper Arm

The MM50FWS is a high-performance automatic tyre changer from Hofmann Megaplan, designed and manufactured in Italy. It combines durability, ergonomic design, and advanced features for professional use. It features a robust 14mm turntable with a locking capacity from 10” to 27”, using a direct clamping system operated by 80mm diameter cylinders, ensuring strong and stable clamping on various rim types. The motor supports dual-speed rotation in both directions, controlled by a foot pedal, allowing for precise and efficient operation. The bead breaker is designed with an adjustable arm system, making it easy to handle wheels up to 15” wide, providing optimal performance for larger tyres. The inflation system includes an inflating gun, ensuring controlled and accurate pressure adjustments up to 10 bar.

The HPX-WS assist system is standard, enhancing functionality and ease of use.

The heavy-duty (14mm) turntable has a locking capacity from 10” to 27” and utilises a direct clamping system, operated by 80 mm diameter cylinders, ensuring optimal clamping on all types of rim. The shape of the turnplate is designed so as to ease the bead-breaking of the second bead.
