Semi-automatic Tyre Changer with Swing Arm with Locking Capacity up to 25"
MM25 is the semi-automatic tyre changer designed for practicality and ease of use, making it ideal for workshops with limited space. It features a swing arm for efficient operation and a sturdy, self-centring turntable with a locking capacity from 10” to 25”, ensuring secure clamping with toothed jaws. The bead breaker system supports wheels up to 13” in width and uses a double-acting cylinder for increased pressure. The machine operates with a single-speed motor, controlled via a conveniently positioned pedal for user comfort. Designed with reliability in mind, it also includes a CE-certified inflation pressure limiter and is prepared for connection to an inflating gun.
The sturdy square-shaped self-centring turntable has a clamping capacity from 10” to 25” and is characterized by the opposing jaw clamping system with 80 mm diameter cylinders that adapt to all types of rims. The toothed jaws ensure effective clamping also from inside the wheel.
Ergonomic bead breaker system which enables to operate on large wheels up to 13” width. The actuation through a double-acting cylinder amplifies its pressure capacity.
Single speed 400V/3/50-60 Hz motor controlled by a pedal. The lateral position of the pedal allows the operator to work comfortably on the side of the machine, especially convenient when using a tire changer equipped with a swing arm.
