Fully-automatic Tyre Changer for Wheels of Heavy Vehicles up to 56"

The MM2-56TS is the fully automatic universal tyre changer designed for heavy vehicle wheels up to 56” with optional extensions. The tool-holder arm is fully automatic, with independent lifting and rotation movements, allowing seamless bead-breaking, extraction, and mounting of tyres. It includes a locking system with two positions, enabling work with a free disc for reduced operator effort and increased efficiency. The automatic translational movement of the tool-holder arm ensures precise positioning on both the outer and inner sides of the rim. MM2-56TS features a self-centering chuck mounted on a movable spindle arm, with four jaws ensuring secure clamping for rims from 14” to 42”, extendable to 56”. The spindle operates at two speeds in both directions, providing adaptability for different wheel types. The low-voltage portable control unit is easily movable, preventing accidental operations through a logical layout of levers, buttons, and pedals. It includes a stand-by function and emergency button for added safety.

For additional convenience, the Megamount 2-56TS is available in a version with radio-controlled commands, offering even greater flexibility in operation.
